Return Policy

Product Returns due to delivery error
In all cases in which other than the expected products are delivered, either by type or

products to the company as well as the cost of returning to the customer shall be covered by
the COMPANY, provided that the return proposed by the company is respected.

Returns of defective products

If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect if it is certified by an authorized
repairer who provides the warranty of good functioning or if the Company itself provides the
guarantee of good functioning directly, the following shall apply:
The warranty is given for a limited period of time as stated in the product's analytical
features. At the end of this period or repair, replacement of the products is possible with an
extra charge upon agreement with the customer. Replacement of the product should be
done with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. ID, retail receipt etc.) and full
packaging. If the defect is later discovered and packaging does not exist or also if the
packaging of the product was omitted by the distributors upon delivery of the item, then no
packing of the product is required.
The return of the products will take place either through the company's personal and
transport means or by courier. In cases of return by courier, the customer is charged with
the expenses of the shipment to the COMPANY and the COMPANY is charged with the cost
of dispatching the replaced or repaired product. After returning the products, the defect
mentioned by the customer is checked and then communicated with him/her to inform
him/her of the results of the inspection.
If the defect is found, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is
canceled in case the product can not be repaired within a reasonable time and the
COMPANY can not find another product of corresponding or better characteristics or
equivalent value for the replacement . If the transaction is canceled, the refund of the
original purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to the
COMPANY.
In particular, in case of charging by credit card the company is obliged to inform the issuing
bank to cancel the transaction and the bank will proceed then to every operation provided
under the contract drawn up with the client without any responsibility of the COMPANY. The
COMPANY bears no responsibility for the time and manner of implementation of the
reversal antry, regulated by the abovementioned contract. In case of payment by cash, if the
customer has chosen the option "receipt from the store", a refund will be made to him from
any branch of the COMPANY's network. In the case of a bank transfer payment, a bank
reversal will be made from the COMPANY accounts to the customer.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online shop has the
right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by
the condition of the products.
Product returns, which are considered defective on delivery (DOA)
Returns of products that are considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted
within seven (7) calendar days upon delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product
should not be damaged and have all the original documents accompanying the product (e.g.
ID, retail receipt etc.) and full packaging. In these cases, the following apply:
The product is picked up and checked to determine the defect reported by the CUSTOMER.
Provided that they have previously been received and checked by the COMPANY, the
replacement of the item will be made with a new one, or if it is not available with another
new product of the same quality and price, otherwise, if the customer does not wish to
replace it, a refund of the original purchase to the customer will be done. The refund is
made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to the COMPANY.

Return non-defective products - Right of undue withdrawal from the customer
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar
days of the date of the conclusion of the service contract (in the case of such a contract) or
from the delivery (in the case of products). Cancellation is subjected to the following
conditions:
This cancellation is unjustifiable and without any charge and if the item has already been
delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition he received it, with
all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. Return of the
item is accepted only if the purchaser has first paid out any amount paid by the company for
sending the item to him/her and the shipping costs for the return of the item. The
cancellation statement is filed in written or electronically and the COMPANY is obliged to
send confirmation of a withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
Following the cancellation notice, COMPANY is obliged to reimburse the price received
within 14 days of receipt of the products.
Shipping costs are not refunded if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than
the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the COMPANY.
The money will be returned to the customer by the same means as the original collection.
Specifically, in case of credit card payment, the following apply: in the event that until the
withdrawal and return of the item the amount has been paid by the Bank to the Company,
the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction
and the bank will proceed to an act based on the contract it has drawn up with the client.
Following this update, the company is not responsible for the time and manner of execution
of the setlemement, regulated by the aforementioned contract. In case of cash payment, if
the customer had chosen the "pick-up" option, he would be refunded to him by the store
where he received the receipt. In the case of bank transfer payment, the refund will also be
made via bank transfer to the client's own account.
The customer is liable to compensate the company if he/she has made use of it other than
what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products until
the declaration of the cancellation. The nature, characteristics and operation of the products
should be ascertained on the basis of the information provided on the outer packaging of
each product as well as the supplementary information provided by the company and
without opening the packaging of the products pr using them. The company is willing to
inform the customer about the nature and operation of the products by providing additional
information material electronically or by other means. In case of opening the packaging or
putting into service of the products, their value is automatically decreasing as the product is

characterized as second-hand and the customer has to compensate the company for the
reduction of the value of the product. The reduction in value resulting from the opening of
the packaging and consequently from the classification of the product as second-hand is
examined on a case-by- case basis and is determined by the company and is usually in the
order of 20% -30%. The COMPANY is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation
even through mutual compromize.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online shop has the
right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by
the condition of the products.
Exceptions to the withdrawal

No withdrawil is allowd where:
Contracts where the consumer has requested a special visit from the supplier for the
purpose of making emergency repairs or performing maintenance work. If, in the event of
such a visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the
consumer or goods in excess of the spare parts necessarily used in the course of
maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to such additional services or goods.
Safe Products - Warranty Terms
The products offered by the COMPANY are durable products that carry all necessary safety
certification. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for
simple product use) and a written guarantee of good functioning and reasonable duration, in
Greek. The warranty form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the
product to which the warranty relates, its exact content, its duration, its local area of
​​validity, and the rights provided by the applicable law. The warranty of the device is durable
according to the manufacturer from the date of purchase and allows for the free repair of a
problem, provided that the following conditions are met:
There is warranty for the dealership and proof of purchase of the device.
